What's Next

Our office will get your account set up and place you on a service route.

They'll shoot you an email shortly with your weekly service day and your technicians name. They'll also confirm your service level and monthly rate.

Your onboarding inspection will happen on your first service day and we'll let you know if there are any issues we find with the pool or water quality at the start.

We bill in arrears for service so your first bill will come at the end of the first month of service.

All of our service records, invoicing and communication will come from info@providentpools.com. Please make sure this is on your safe sender list.
Customer Portal
We have a robust Customer Portal at the link HERE
Once your account is set up in our system you can use your email to sign up in our customer portal.
Here you can set up auto pay, save payments, see past and current billing, and see all of your service records.
